He joined Arthur Andresen in 1984 starting in Bilbao office as an auditor and becoming manager and partner in Businnes Consulting Division. On october 2005, living in Madrid, he set out a new professional stage as independent management consultant through his own company Vingest, affiliated to Attest Group. He is married and has four children; between 2001 and 2004 he was also vicepresident of the historic football team Athletic Club de Bilbao
