21. The Wear of the Principles

The principles of a model are like the master columns that support a building; all of them are needed to hold it up. If they wear and tear, the building will fall.

If one of the columns fails, it will usually cause others to fail too, because the whole system will be unable to bear the weight of the building they are holding up. The same thing happens in a company.
