Continuous Improvement

EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE BETTER. THERE IS ALWAYS AN opportunity for continuous improvement. This was a mindset at BB&T, which was reflected in performance evaluations and our Total Quality Management process. I am working hard to create this mindset at the Cato Institute.
