    This chapter will help you explore the context in which you are currently leading and appreciate how that context determines the ways in which you must step up as a leader.

    This chapter will help you understand the experiences that have shaped you to be the leader you are today. Leaders in our sessions find that these insights help them become more deliberate and decisive in their roles.

  3. Chapter 6: Leadership Is an Obligation—Step Up

    This chapter will help you understand your primary obligation as a leader. We find that many of the leaders with whom we work do not have a good sense of this. The activities in this section will help you gain the clarity you need to step up in meaningful ways to create more enduring value for your organization, your customers, your employees, and other stakeholders.
