Developing your capability

In line with our strong message that it is practice that develops a skill most quickly, we want to encourage you to both reflect on your own existing performance and plan tangible ways to develop and enhance your skills in this important area as a leader.

With this in mind we have created three elements of an action-oriented plan that can form the basis for your continued development as an outstanding presenter: taking stock, taking action and taking your time.
