VISION:SEE IT, TASTE IT, TOUCH IT, FEEL IT

Where there is no vision, the people perish.

Don’t confuse a visionary person with one who has a vision. A visionary person tends to talk a lot without doing much. A person with vision is able to recruit others to help realize a vision. Such a person has no doubt about the vision, is always moving toward it, and possesses an inner strength that drives the person past the inevitable challenges. A charismatic person must be able to communicate the vision, get buy-in or commitment from others, and make the vision so compelling that it seems realistic.
