Writing does not come easy for me. As a consequence, this book was a fairly significant undertaking that used enormous amounts of time and energy. First, I must acknowledge my wife, Courtney, who allowed me almost a year’s worth of long days and weekends in order to get this book completed. I would note that my wife was pregnant and gave birth to our second child in this time frame. Not many spouses would be as understanding, given the circumstances.
