One of the common issues that I heard discussed during my research was the difficulty that many executives sense when it comes to making changes once an individual has been hired. Company leaders expressed a virtual consensus when asked whether they moved quickly when mistakes were made in hiring with regard to attitudes. They all agreed that swift correction should be made.
