The logical way to keep customers happy is to not have any customer service problems. I accept this. If I offer something that has zero defects and zero problems, customer service is pretty simple. Likewise, if I offer a product or service and don’t sell any of it at all, I have no service issues. The problem with either of these examples is that neither is attainable for very long.
