When I Sync, My New Apps Get Deleted
If you bought/downloaded a new app on your iPhone, and noticed that sometimes when you sync with your computer, the app is deleted from your iPhone, you may have accidentally told iTunes to do this. The first time you sync and iTunes sees purchased content that is not in the iTunes Library, you’ll get a dialog asking if you want to transfer those purchases (yes, including apps) to your computer.
