Dropped Calls and Bad Reception
Depending on your carrier and physical location, you may just be in a bad reception area. But, if you feel that it’s happening more often than it should, here are some things to remember: Your iPhone 4 or 4S has antennas along the sides of the phone. Many are saying that physical contact (i.e., your hand) covering the little black strips on the sides will lower your reception.
