This book would have not been possible without the help of my partner in crime, wordsmith extraordinaire, editorial genius, and cocreator, John Bonaccolta. John was instrumental in both Inside the House of Money and The Invisible Hands, and for that I am forever indebted. Working together dulled the pain of writing by not only having someone to collaborate with on words, but also having someone to take much needed surf breaks with. Indeed, much of the strategic vision for this book was conceived between sets.

The project remains, nevertheless, the collaborative effort of Drobny Global. Dave Berry spent many late nights providing innumerable great ideas, structural commentary, and suggestions; Lawrence Loughlin provided macro insights and important firsthand knowledge of the real money world from his time at Cambridge Associates and GAM; Tyler Hathaway provided detailed research, data, tables, and all-around support that made this book much stronger; Adam Bain created the graphs and provided many helpful suggestions that tightened the overall work.
