Honbo Zhou, PhD, is currently the general manager of Foton Fleet Telematics Co. Ltd. He was chief software scientist of TongFang Co. Ltd., executive director of the board and chief technology officer of Technovator Pte. Ltd., and chief operating officer of TongFang Software Co. Ltd. Dr. Zhou worked as a research associate on grid computing at Oak Ridge National Laboratory after receiving his PhD in computer science from the University of Zurich in 1993.
