Introduction to Object Orientation Programming (OOP) with Java

To begin your exploration into object orientation, pretend you have been transported to a virtual environment where objects are the primary life form. Let’s call this environment Object Land.

Figure 3-1 shows a very abstract view of Object Land with two processes shown (small and big), each containing multiple objects that are in constant communication with one another to accomplish the overall process goals. The processes themselves are communicating with one another as needed to accomplish whatever needs to be done.
