Kate rethought her approach during her morning jog at the lakefront. Just telling people on her team how she had seen their preferences for different parts of the breakthrough thinking process playing out would not generate the same impact as if they saw it for themselves. The first step, she realized, was to cultivate their feeling that a change in their approach was necessary. She'd hit them with Alicia's feedback full force.
