APPENDIX ARELATED EXPERTISE GRID

AS NOTED IN CHAPTER 6, there might not be a perfect formula for determining the exact type of related expertise a Zero-Gravity Thinker should have for any particular project. However, one framework I have found useful in some situations is the Related Expertise Grid.

The grid assumes that two variables are most important in considering the type of expertise likely to be relevant to a business challenge: functional expertise and industry expertise.
