Afterword
This book has attempted to provide an overview of how IFRS Standards could impact different industries. Due to the sheer quantum of industries that abound and the ever-changing nature of the business landscape, the book cannot and does not make the claim that it illustrates all the areas of impact that IFRS standards could have on all industries. As mentioned in the Preface, the impact illustrations narrated in this book have been based on a combination of my experience in a few industries and some research. Wiley and the author encourage readers to send in their comments on any impact that has been missed out in this edition of the book.
We can strive together to make future editions of this book better and more comprehensive.
