Acknowledgments

Every book I have ever read starts with Acknowledgments. I have always assumed that whoever the author was thanking were people who contributed in a meaningful way to the final product. However, it is only when you have walked a mile in those shoes that you really understand how much.

This book has been on my “I promise I will get it done one day” list for quite a few years. It is now finally a reality.
