Remember my story about the CFO? Although I do not believe I squandered corporate resources prior to his criticism, I certainly have been much more frugal since becoming aware of his perceptions. Every nod to a new idea consumes capacity. And how much capacity should be devoted to communications in an organization? There is no one right answer.
