Interview Your Strategy Office

Many communicators have written portions of the company's annual report. We get the financials from our accountant colleagues and make sure they are laid out correctly and proofed, but that is as far as most of us go. If you have taken in the previous point, you now can read the financial statements and notes and jot down questions about them. Often, we receive the balanced scorecard report from the strategy office and add it to the annual report layout. Take the time to absorb what the strategy is and the report against it, and write down any questions you have about that too.
