Case in Point: StateSmart and People Change

Meet Donella, the internal communications manager of a public sector agency, StateSmart, in Australia. StateSmart has 1,000 employees who typically work in a wide variety of roles including advisory, administration, policy development, and all associated business support functions (human resources, finance, legal, communications, and so on). The People Change initiatives include restructuring divisions, sometimes in response to external factors, and cultural change programs.
