The Equitable Leader Assessment
This chapter provides a comprehensive overview of the Equitable Leader Assessment process, including detailed instructions on how to access the Equitable Leader Self-assessment available at www.equitableleader.com. I have also included a brief overview of the Equitable Leader Self Report and the full Equitable Leader Report.
There are three components to the Equitable Leader Assessment process:
1. The ELA Self-assessment
2. The ELA Colleagues Assessment
3. The ELA Report.
It is recommended that the entire process be conducted annually in an organization to use the data as a leadership accountability mechanism.
