Five years ago, TWI Inc. was approached to participate in a new award designed to identify the best employers in terms of diversity. Since the competition focuses on diversity (i.e., organizations aspiring to be a Level 3), the participants are organizations pursuing initiatives related to women, minorities, people with disabilities, Aboriginal people and LGBT groups.
