BECAUSE the king and queen of Sweden would soon be arriving, Harvey Robbins wanted to get his rooms set up early. He invited me to stick around and watch him work until the royal couple arrived. “Let’s get this show on the road,” he exclaimed. “Let’s make some guests happy.”
