KEEP CUSTOMER NEEDS IN MIND
Listening to customers is an effective way to learn about their thoughts, feelings, and preferences regarding your industry and products or services.
How much insight do you have into the minds of your customers? Do you know their habits, actions, and language? How well? Do you take the time to understand how they interact with your products or services? Before we can take action on the information we have gathered, it's important to process what we have learned in the context of the customer. This includes developing an understanding of the customer life cycle, knowing where the customer is in the cycle, and determining customer needs and behaviors.
