Many additional resources are available online, but I find that those listed here have something special to offer. I’ve also included my own site, which has some sample PSD files from the Blend Modes in Depth section, along with various actions and other useful Photoshop tidbits.

I first want to showcase two tools that became available just as this book was going to print. The first is Dr. Russell Brown’s Texture panel for Photoshop CS6. This handy extension lets you cycle through textures and blend modes rapidly, choosing from a specific folder with texture images.
