Build Essential Relational Skills

Hidden leaders with strong relational leadership develop and use critical interpersonal skills whether or not they have been officially trained in them. The hidden leader’s life experiences, combined with an interest in others, make these leaders more self-aware than nonleaders. This self-awareness emerges as compassion and empathy for other people. Hidden leaders are highly aware of their impact on people and conscious of their needs.
