PREFACE

1. For the record, I really enjoyed Sheryl Sandberg’s book Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead, mostly because she challenges women to rethink stereotypes and the constraints they put on themselves. It’s worth reading her book and hearing her out. I do not recommend reading this book when you have not been sleeping for months, however! Bad idea.

2. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services advises that adults do at least 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity physical activity, or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic exercise.
