Use of Assessments in Coaching

Our belief is that an assessment is only as effective as the coaching discussion that follows it. This chapter provides an introduction to the wide variety of assessments utilized in coaching. It offers guidelines for determining whether, when, what, and how assessments may be used, as well as brief annotations of many assessments that are widely used in coaching today.
