A Narrative Approach to Coaching

Our lives are in many ways defined by the stories we tell about them. The stories themselves are drawn from a rich tapestry of historical, contextual, cultural, and mythical narratives. However, in this time of what often feels like an ever-accelerating now, many people experience a strong need to continuously recalibrate their personal stories and social narratives in order to grow, relate well to others, and express themselves.
