Environmental Sustainability

Sustainability has become a new and exciting topic for coaches working both with individuals and within organizations. Sustainability can best be understood as a system of changing the way people and organizations function. It involves basically three areas of work: social, economic, and environmental.

According to one influential model (Adams, 2006) any two of these factors might be in alignment without the conditions of full sustainability being achieved.
