Conflict Management

Interpersonal conflict is inevitable. How we manage conflict depends on our perspective and experience and how well we understand the particular dynamic we’re dealing with. Whereas for some, conflict is to be avoided, and even the thought of it evokes negative emotion, others view it as an opportunity or an adventure. The truth is that conflict impedes communication and can result in serious disagreement, deterioration of the relationship, legal action, and possibly violence.
