Jill Nemiro is an associate professor in the Psychology and Sociology Department at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an adjunct professor in the Human Resources Design Master's Program at Claremont Graduate University. Her research interests are in the areas of organizational and team creativity and the virtual workplace. She has published numerous articles and book chapters and presented papers and workshops at professional conferences on the topics of creativity and virtual teams.
