Michael Burchell, Ed.D., is Vice President for Global Business Development at the Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. A member of the corporate team, Michael oversees business development of multinational clients across the affiliate network, and supports affiliate growth and development worldwide. Previously, Michael led consulting services for the Institute in the U.S. He also co-owns the Great Place to Work Institute UAE based in Dubai.
