Learning about the Great Place to Work Model, and how each dimension lives and breathes within organizations that have been recognized for their trust, pride, and camaraderie, is the first step toward creating a great culture. Still, just as with snapshots from a summer vacation, the Model shows us some beautiful and exciting things, but not how to get there. Like a trip to any destination, your journey will depend upon your starting point, the vehicles at your disposal, your resources, and the number of people who are coming with you.
