To Buy or Not to Buy: The First Big Question Answered

There’s an endless array of items to search for when you’re ready to set out on your treasure hunt. For everything that’s either manufactured or found in nature, there’s usually someone who has a desire to collect that particular item. Who knows what will intrigue someone to the point they say, “I just have to have that!” No matter how odd the item might seem, there is indeed someone who is feverishly trying to collect it.

Of course, there are plenty of obstacles that could get in your way and possibly derail your express journey to Garage Sale Millionaire nirvana. For every item deemed highly collectible, there is another item that is not even close. With literally thousands of collectibles available today, how does someone begin to target an item? What to buy and sell? What not to buy and sell? Which collectibles will make a larger profit for you? More succinctly, how do you find what is valuable and, in turn, what’s not?

To give you a jump on your treasure hunting competition, I’ve compiled the following list of items that continue to increase in value over the years and will most likely make you the sizable profits you’re seeking upon resale (What to Buy). I have also included those items that have no substantial monetary resale value whatsoever so you know what to stay away from (What Not to Buy).
