Leading Indicators
As mentioned in the first chapter, most technical indicators are lagging, which means they are slow. They tell you what happened after the fact. However, we also have three leading indicators that help you predict future behavior.
Sure, there is no magic crystal ball that can help you see the future. But the tools outlined in this chapter can help you set realistic future profit targets based on prior price action such as pullbacks into a fast moving trend or yesterday’s trading range.
