ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Patrick Lencioni is president of The Table Group, a management consulting firm specializing in organizational and executive team development. He is author of the national best-seller The Five Temptations of a CEO, which was published in 1998 and has since been translated into ten languages and sold in more than fifteen countries around the world. Lencioni is also a professional speaker and has addressed groups in the United States and overseas. He lives with his wife, Laura, and their twin sons, Matthew and Connor, in the San Francisco Bay Area.
