About the Authors
Peter H. Daly had a thirty-three-year career in the federal government, beginning as a management intern, progressing through supervisory and middlemanagement ranks, and spending the last eighteen years of his career as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He served as CEO of two U.S. Treasury agencies and led U.S. delegations to monetary conferences in almost every region of the world. He chaired a fourteen-nation research consortium, consulted for several foreign governments, served in Russia and Eastern Europe with the Financial Services Volunteer Corps, and was appointed to a presidential commission to study various counterterrorism issues.
