What’s new in the third edition

The financial markets have always been dynamic places, but the last few years have witnessed a particularly fast rate of change. Not only have we had to cope with the aftermath of the financial crisis – during which we all came to appreciate the importance of effective markets – but we have seen stock markets merge and change methods of operation, new financial instruments rise in popularity and new accounting/tax rules.
