About the Authors

Evelyn Ehrlich, Ph.D

Evelyn Ehrlich, President of EC Communications, has been a specialist in financial marketing strategy and communications since 1982, for such clients as AXA Equitable, BNY Mellon, JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and many other financial institutions across industry sub-segments.

Dr. Ehrlich has a bachelor of arts from Barnard College, a master of science from Columbia University, and received her doctorate from New York University. She began her career as a college professor and consultant, and currently teaches Financial Services Marketing at New York University with Duke Fanelli.
