How to Remind Learners to Apply Their Training

Introduction

One of the most basic mechanisms to help improve learning transfer is simply to remind learners periodically after a training program.

The goal is to two-fold:

  1. To keep the training and the need to apply it “top of mind”
  2. To strengthen the neural pathways to the training concepts
