Facility Management Practice

In this section we discuss a variety of aspects of facility management (FM) practice. In some ways, these chapters are the most important in the book, because you must be able to apply the technical aspects of the profession effectively and efficiently in order to demonstrate leadership successfully. Because most of us come from a technical background, the emphasis in this section is on the management and business side of FM.
