An Overview
What follows are trainer notes for 3 days worth of training to develop facilitator competence. Many people have responsibilities to train others internally, or they offer facilitation training as an external consultant. The training is designed to be taught by highly experienced facilitators. The target audience is beginning and intermediate facilitators even though experienced, more advanced facilitators might benefit from participating in the training.
