The Executive Athlete and Peak Performance

Think back to a time in your life when everything you did was perfect. You might have been playing ball, dancing, reading, making a presentation, or performing in any number of arenas, and you were in the zone. You were performing at your peak; everything flowed perfectly, and your mind and your body were in sync. This is what is known as a “peak performance”—a time when everything connects. You are still you, but you’re really not you. You know the feeling!
