I have more than 22 years of experience in management education and training. I work at Henley Business School, at the University of Reading in the UK, where I am Associate Professor of Management Learning. My specialist area is Personal Development and I teach MBA workshops, run corporate workshops and lead seminars related to management development in many parts of the world.
