83. The Importance of Role Models, Mentors, and Networks

A member of my network asked me to meet with one of his students. I was glad to help him, as he had helped me in the past. The young woman was a recent graduate and needed career advice. Since she was just entering the workplace, we spent a lot of time discussing the importance of role models, mentors, and networks.
