56. Lots of Dining Questions . . . No Shortage of Answers

People think that dining is a simple activity—we all eat, after all—but it’s astonishing how many questions it generates. Not only in seminars but through email and on Facebook, I probably get more questions on dining etiquette than on any other topic I teach.

Below are some questions that come up often, in one variation or another:
