About the Author
Carl Weisman attended the Pennsylvania State University where he earned a BSEE in 1980. From there he went to work for the Hughes Aircraft Company as a design engineer working on airborne radar for fighter aircraft. During his nine-year stay there, he was awarded a Hughes Fellowship, which enabled him to earn an MSEE from the University of Southern California while working full time.
