54. GRANDMA’S ROCKER

You shouldn’t be moving around a lot during your digital job interviews. If you get nervous, take a deep breath and try to relax. Don’t rock back and forth in your office chair as though you were in grandma’s rocker. If you are sitting in a swivel chair, don’t move back and forth, as tempting as that may be. You should be facing forward and looking the hiring manager in the eyes. This conveys confidence, intelligence, and professionalism. There is no need to be rocking or moving around.
